April was a delight to work with. She was efficient and followed through with my requests. The office I was in was not clean. The trash was overflowing and the desk top was sticky. I was served one warm bottle of water which I had to ask for. I was there for close to four hours. I should have been offered a coffee or coke or more water. I explained to the dealer I had some disabilities yet that seemed to not be of any concern to him. I should have been asked if I needed to rest. Just a few criticisms that may improve your future customer service. Otherwise I'm very happy with my new purchase. I can't remove the sticky glue on the windows where there were stickers. This should have been done there? More

Wow, the far most stress free purchase experience we have ever had with our salesperson, Dennis Ege. We had some misunderstandiing about the type of trailer hitch to be installed on our new Highlander but w ever had with our salesperson, Dennis Ege. We had some misunderstandiing about the type of trailer hitch to be installed on our new Highlander but with Dennis and Todd's assistance, we are happy campers with the new factory trailer hitch. We came, we saw, we bought the car we wanted. We have made 3 Camry purchases at Geweke Toyota since 2002 and have had nothing but positive experiences thus far. We knew what car we wanted and Brian found it for us and we took delivery later that afternoon. Our only disappointment is that we didn't get our "purchase photo". We may require some counseling to help us reconcile our loss, but other than that, it was a GREAT day at Geweke Toyota! Thank you Brian, well done! More

I worked with April Smith over the phone to set up the purchase. I have never dealt with an employee in a car dealership who was so conscientious, professional and respectful. She worked hard to find the car I wanted and called me with updates everyday. The day I picked the car up April was off so she set up appointments for me with Tod and Brian. Tod made sure everything was going properly with Brian handling all the details, providing an excellent car orientation, going over accessories I might want to add in the future and setting up my Geweke online account. Troy handled the finance details in a highly professional and detailed manner. The only delay I experienced was the 10 worthwhile minutes or so it took to give the car a last wash and fill the car up with gas for the ride home. I would highly recommend the staff at Geweke if you're looking for a great buying experience. More

Timing and good fortune were with us, as a rental return appeared with exactly the features I wanted--a used Prius Four, low mileage. I was able to purchase this Certified Pre-Owned Toyota at a very low interest rate, was given a fair value for trade-in of my previous car, and was provided body and interior detailing of the car to make it "nearly new." I am so happy with my Prius, and with the experience I had purchasing it--professional yet friendly in every way. I would heartily recommend Geweke Toyota, and, particularly, Jason Park, to anyone interested in shopping for a car. More
My girlfriend and I went in there looking at an HHR that they had listed for 12 grand or so. We test drove it, liked it, etc, and went in with the sales person Craig Barrett to crunch some numbers. Over the course of 10 or 15 minutes, he lowered the price by a bit, but not by enough by far, but in doing so also reduced my trade-in value without telling me. I felt like I was being scammed. When it was decided that he would not be a good person to break a deal with, I got up and tried to leave, saying that it's done, there will be no deal. He said "No, it's not." This was the first string of harassment by Craig Barrett. After telling him yes, there will be no deal, he dropped the price by thousands of dollars at a time, like he was baiting me to be interested again. He told me when we were in there that he didn't pull any xx with the price. I guess he lied. I ignored the offers, not wanting to do business with him, and that's when he said to my girlfriend and I - "You never wanted the car, you were never interested. See? No matter the price you don't want it! It was never about the price." That is not true. I was very interested in the car, but after he began harassing my girlfriend and I about that I was too irritated to give him any thought. I walked out very angry, but forgot my keys. As I walked back in, Todd and him look at me and start throwing low numbers again when I said that I just forgot my keys. They kept at it until finally I just turned around and left. Craig and Todd continued to mock, harass, and badger me as I walked out the door. Never have I been so dissatisfied with customer service. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I bought a used truck from this dealer ship now I'm in the repair shop spend $300 to get my brakes fixed. I have put less than 3000 miles on the truck since purchase. You were one of the dealers we were directed to via consumers report. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! No bartering back and forth.
