This was the best car buying experience I have ever gone through. We will be back for our next vehicle whenever the time comes. I have never been treated with such respect and honesty when dealing with a dealership. I picked the Prius out online, advised them of my trade-in and filled out a short online credit app and was advised quickly of the deal that they could provide. Short and sweet. The trade was a more than fair price and just to confirm things the person that I was dealing with, Reese, called to confirm everything. We then drove down and didn't have to go through a process that everyone thinks of when going to a dealership. "Here is the price we want.....ok, let me take this to my manager... 10x over... 4-5 hours in a dealership.... That is typical. not with this dealership.. When we did get down there Both Scott, Troy and Herman were very nice and answered all question that were present.
