Scheduled an apt for 60K service on Tacoma. Had issues with this dealership before but wanted to give another shot since location is so convient for me. Initially purchasd my truck here. They turned the wrong VIN number into DMV so I had a year and a half of fun with that. Then during a service my Compas and temp panel went out. Said they didnt touch it during service and would not fix. Came in this time since it is right down the street from my work. Made apt online. The online system said I had an APT at 8AM with Tom. He would not even talk to me when I came in. Just waved Andrew away to help me. Andrew has great customer service but I could not see myself paying this dealership. Three strikes and your out. Back to Auto Fix in Stockton to save a $150 but drive farther and miss time from work. More

I went to geweke toyota with my son who was looking to buy a truck. I had a 4 year old dodge ram. Not looking to buy a vehicle. 2 hours later I was driving off in a 2012 Toyota Tacoma! He let me roam the lot without a bother. When I had found something that caught my eye, he was there to answer any questions I had. After a quick test drive I knew this is what I wanted. Thanks Scott! Your awesome! Came time to "wheel and deal" which I'm not fond of, that's where Todd comes in, I basically told Todd what I had in mind for a payment and that I'm not the kind to haggle, either he could meet my price or he couldn't. Todd understood, and without any "wheeling and dealing" met my price and the papers were signed! This was without a doubt the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. I've dealt with numerous car lots, auto centers, credit unions etc... This was the friendliest car buying experience ive ever had. I'm glad to be a part of the geweke Toyota family. This car buying experience was both pleasant and stress free. We had been to the dealership once before and the car (2012 Camry) we were interested in was not in stock, so Jeffrey said he would be happy to free. He called us within the week and there we were looking at both the 2011 and the 2012 Camry, then the Prius V and finally the Venza. Jeffrey was patient with us throughout the process and quick to answer all of our questions about each vehicle. To be honest, I usually enter this process dreading the ultimate negotiation where everything feels like smoke and mirrors but in this case it didn't happen. We were treated both fairly and professionally and are quite happy with the purchase. Kudos to Jeffrey and other dealer staff for providing us an experience which was quick, non-presssured, and complete. One more thing, he also told us about the built in 2-year Toyota Care warranty, introduced us to the Toyota website, and offerred to answer any future questions we might run into, which with some of the new features we might take him up on the offer. As everyone knows, the car buying process can be quite stressful, especially with high pressure sales people. To my surprise, this was not the case at Geweke Toyota of Lodi! My car buying experience at Geweke was a very positive experience. Prior to visiting Geweke, I shopped at various other dealerships. The other sales people who I encountered seemed very disinterested and none of them knew very much about the vehicles that I was looking at. This was not the case at Geweke! When I arrived at the dealership, I was approached by Crystal. She was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicle features. She did not pressure me to hurry up and make a decision. She made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. I also worked with Scot who was just as awesome! He took a lot of time out of his schedule to show me every single feature of the automobile before I purchased it. After the purchase, he programmed/connected my cell phone into the blue tooth system before I left the dealership. Crystal and Scot made it clear that I could contact them ANYTIME during the entire process (both before and after the purchase) if I had any questions. Crystal and Scot are prime examples of customer service at its BEST! I will definitely be a repeat customer at Geweke Toyota. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best), I would give Crystal and Scot a 20! More

I think I got a great deal on a great car I found on Auto Trader. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they'd accepted my original offer :). Found the Dealer through TrueCar.Com. Made the deal over the phone. Went in to see and drive the actual car and to close the deal. Everything was fast and efficient. I purchased a new Tacoma. The one I wanted was promissed to another dealer but the sales folks call around and found another one for me and had it delivered for me to pick up the next day. Overall, I'd rat to another dealer but the sales folks call around and found another one for me and had it delivered for me to pick up the next day. Overall, I'd rate the experience as excellent! The only glich was that the vehicle wasn't as clean as it should have been - probably due to the short time that they had to prepare it for delivery. Dirty engine bay and the truck bed was not as clean as I expected. But hey, we're talking a minor Inconvenience and since my schedule was limited, it's probably more my fault than the dealer's. I need to return to get one additional item installed - again due to my availability - and I've been assured that they will clean the truck properly at that time. More
