I bought my car after I have visited other dealerships in the region. The week before I purchase my car, I came to this dealership and it was a cold breezy Saturday. No one seemed to want to come out into the region. The week before I purchase my car, I came to this dealership and it was a cold breezy Saturday. No one seemed to want to come out into the cold to help my family and I. So that week, I went home without a car. However, I needed a car and I really like the car that I owe right now, so I came back to this dealership the following Saturday. My second experience here was totally different. Dennis Ege came right out to help my fiance and I and it was a really windy day too. He made sure that we were getting what we really want at the price we can afford. He was very helpful, honest, and very positive. The whole process took almost two hours and that afternoon rain started to pour. Therefore, Dennis said that we couldn't get our car too detailed due to the rain, so for us to go back and get our car detailed which I am yet to do this weekend! More

I requested a quote for a new 2012 Toyota Sienna XLE via TrueCar.com - got emails and calls from a number of dealers. April Smith called from Geweke Toyota - she had a good price and had the model (that I had in mind) in stock. I came to an agreement on the price and asked her to send me a quote by email on Tuesday. Quote looked good, so I said that I will come over to the showroom to inspect the vehicle on Saturday. I also told April that I was not interested in gap insurance, extended warranty, bolt-ons and baubles - I was coming over with 2 kids and I wanted to be in and out asap. April said that said that she would try to keep it quick and simple, but there might be some options/offers thrown in and that I should be kind when the sales pitch occurs (fair enough!) Went over on Saturday, the van looked good. Jason Park explained all the buttons and gizmos patiently and we went for a test drive. I decided to buy the vehicle. There was a 40 min wait to speak with the financing manager - he offered me some options, packages which I politely declined. I signed the papers and drove home the van. The whole process took around 3 hours (which is reasonable). Thanks to April for being pleasant and straight forward with the pricing. Thanks to Jason for answering my questions about the Sienna patiently. Overall it was a pleasant experience and worth driving around 100 miles to get the vehicle that I wanted. More

We had a very wonderful expireance at this dealership. I have never seen a company or it't people work so hard to find us a car we could afford. We got a pretty good tradein value on our truck and the Kia S have never seen a company or it't people work so hard to find us a car we could afford. Vehicle was supposed to arrive the day before. It was not available when I got there. After driving two hours, I had to wait five hours at dealership for it to arrive. This was a hard to find combination of options which Geweke was aware of. I was originally dealing with other dealership. Anthony transferred the truck from other dealership promising he could give me a better deal. I had several other quotes from dealerships offering up to a few hundred dollars under dealer invoice. Geweke, knowing they had the truck I was interested in, originally tried to charge me full price. After the standard lengthy painful negotiating, got them down to over $500 over dealer invoice. After rebate, came close to dealer invoice. Still a higher price than quoted elsewhere and even higher price than Geweke originally promised. I felt Geweke was dishonest in the way they handled the transaction. They tried to convince me they were doing me a favor, but in the long run they were only interested in their bottom line profit.
