Ordered by internet and everything was great to match the price of another dealer that had the car in another color. But...Geweke promised a car they did not actually have. Took much time back and forth before they could confirm they were able to get it. This was improper and a hassle for us as it caused uncertainty and logistical problems. To their credit, they apologized for the problems, made sure they did get the car, and did everything possible to make the experience right for us. I give them the highest rating and definitely recommend them, and Edgar personally, because of their commitment to make things right. But customers should insist on knowing if Geweke actually has the specific car to sell or is just trying to get it. More

I was surprised and pleased at the reception I received when I arrived at the dealership in my "1st generation" Prius! I kept the big sister, and ordered a little baby "c" that day.
