I began my experience with Geweke Toyota in my search for a Tacoma double cab pickup. I was initially looking for a lightly used unit, but quickly found that the inventory of lightly used Tacomas was sparse a Tacoma double cab pickup. When my wife and I arrived for our appointment with Dustin, the Internet sales associate, we were immediately handed off to Gregg. Gregg helped us with our test drive, and in finding a Tacoma that met our needs. We wanted a Silver, Double Cab, V6, Manual Tranny pickup. He was able to find one that met our requirements, and worked with us in getting our financing secured. We signed an agreement to buy, and left the dealership eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new wheels. This is where my customer service rating goes from a 5 to a 4. I considered rating it a 3, but my overall experience didn't deserve that low a rating, thanks to the efforts of Dustin. You see, when we signed our intent to purchase contract, we were told by Gregg that he would email or call and keep us informed of the progress of our truck. About a week later, having heard nothing about the status of our order, I called Gregg on his cell phone and asked what the status was. He told me he would go in and speak with the sales manager and get right back to me. He never returned my call, I figured he was busy with customers and just didn't get a chance to find the info. I called him again the following day, and left a message on his voicemail reminding him of my inquiry, again hearing nothing back from him. I got busy over the next few days and waited about 6 days to contact him again. This time I sent him a text message at around noon requesting any information he could give. He immediately wrote back saying essentially the same as the first time, "I'm going in right now to find out, and will get right back to you!" I waited two hours, with no reply. I texted him again around 2:30. This time he completely ignored me. The next day I decided to call and talk with someone else. I was directed back to Dustin, and explained my displeasure with the absence of any communication. He immediately found the information I wanted, and told me to deal directly with him from this point on. I did, and was kept better informed from this point on. Yesterday, we arrived at our appointment at 10AM to take delivery of our new truck. We were directed into an office, and were surprised when Gregg came in to finish the sale. We didn't deal with him very much during this visit. He never mentioned not getting back to us. We inspected our new Tacoma, and all was well. We signed our paperwork, and Gregg brought us our keys. He got into the truck with me and showed me how to pair my phone to the stereo. We were all done and ready to leave when Gregg shook my hand and told me that Toyota grades their reviews as only "A's" and "F's", and wanted to know if there was anything he could do to ensure we rated him with high ratings. I confronted him with my displeasure with his lack of communication. I told him that if he wasn't going to be able to get back to me, he should have just said so, instead of telling me he'd get the info, and then just drop me. Gregg looked at me and offered his hand again. No appology, just kind of shrugged his shoulders. My overall experience was fairly good. You (Geweke) should know that I nearly dropped you because of this lack of communication. I was in talks with another salesman from another dealer, and had it not been for Dustin stepping in and taking over you would have lost my business. I'm a local firefighter, and really wanted my tax dollars to stay in Lodi. I'm glad they did, and everything worked out in the end. More
I have always had excellent service from the parts counter. Rob has always been the best. Recently I met Scot Jones in sales and purchased a new Prius C. The reasons are competitive price and excellent customer service base on reviews so I decided to see it for myself. Jason Parker (sales associate) & Todd Brannon (sales manager) listened, treated me with respect through online & phone correspondences. The professionalism was unmatched by others even better in person. Jason Parker patiently waited for my arrival on the date of take delivery. The experience was pleasant, no options & extended warranty pressure sales, finance was simple & easy, and all terms are concluded per previous online confirmation. Everything is explained to the finest details from sales paper work in office to built-in features on purchase vehicle during test drive. Absolutely first class dealership hands down. I highly recommend. I cannot comment on the service review or pre-owned sale since this is my solo visit but will give them the benefit of doubt; other services should not be too far apart consider Geweke Toyota wants to maintain its clienteles. This was the fifth car we have purchased through Geweke Toyota in Lodi, and we were treated as repeat customers would expect. Although there were issues getting the car we wanted delivered to the Lodi site, we were provided with a loaner car and Scott, Todd and Anthony kept us up on the progress of the car's arrival. We will be returning to Geweke again in the future. More

Brad Spiker is an asset to Geweke Toyota. Brad exhibited in-depth knowledge of the products he is selling. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his sales skills which helped make our buying decision in-depth knowledge of the products he is selling.
