Always personable and excellent service! Tom at Lodi Dodge provided excellent service. I scheduled our 2012 Dodge for three regular services which booked the truck for 6 hours at their shop. Tom at Lodi Dodge provided excellent service. I scheduled our 2012 Dodge for three regular services which booked the truck for 6 hours at their shop. Tom put it into the shop when I arrived and had it finished in 41/2 hours. I am so extremely happy with the professional service provided and care of my truck. Disappointment My experience with Lodi Dodge was not pleasant. Upon my arrival for a scheduled recall(s) and oil change at 8:30am. I was was quoted $106.00; I questi My experience with Lodi Dodge was not pleasant. Upon my arrival for a scheduled recall(s) and oil change at 8:30am. I was was quoted $106.00; I questioned why it was that’s so high and mentioned that Tracy dodge never charged me more then $70.00 for an oil change, I was rudely told by the service advisor to take a seat and wait for the shuttle to take me back to my home. My question was never answered. I was told by the service advisor that it would only take half a day to complete the recsll(s) and oil change and that I would be contacted upon completion. However, I was not contacted by the service advisor in charge of my service for the day. I called the service advisor and was told that they were completing the first recall and that he would call me when it was ready to be picked up. Keep in mind that this was 12:00pm and so my car had been there for four hours and I was told by the advisor that it would take half a day. 3:00pm arrived and I was not contacted by the service advisor, so I decided to call and speak to him in regards to picking up my car. The service advisor informed me that the car was getting washed and it would be ready no later then 3:30pm. I arrived at the dealership at 4:40pm and I was told that my car was ready so I paid the $100.00 for the oil change and to no surprise as I walked outside to pick up my car it was not washed. I am very disappointed with Lodi Dodge, specifically, the service advisor who was rude, dishonest and continued to make false promises from the moment I spoke to him. I walked into the service department and asked to speak to the manager. Once I was able to meet with him he admitted that they dropped the ball, but the service advisor never took responsibility for his deseptive behavior. The service manager stated that the next oil change was going to be free. I was not seeking any free service, I was just seeking honest and respectful service from a dealership that I entrusted my car to be serviced with. More
