Had tires rotated and balanced as well as rims straightened and when I drove out of dealership the first thing I noticed was an indicator that both back tires were uninflated! Now the car went th straightened and when I drove out of dealership the first thing I noticed was an indicator that both back tires were uninflated! Now the car went through a car wash, entered the exit service bay, was moved forward in that bay, and finally moved outside before I got into it,. With all those drivers, why was not this problem noted and attended to? Otherwise, I always love visiting the service department as I am always treated well and the reason for me being there is always properly addressed. More
Darryl Daniels was my service adviser for my latest service (actually the previous one as well) and I am delighted at the level of attentiveness I was provided during the appointments. I was always kept informed as the car was being serviced (and also it is done through texting that Lockhart Cadillac has software that I'm able to see the car's mechanic give an assessment (video) of how things are and what recommendations for service are were being made in addition to what was already anticipated). So I knew what was happening at all times. More

I don’t know where to start. I’ve had a lot of decent experiences here, but I’ve also had a ton of horrible experiences. Lately they’ve been pretty bad. I had an AC issue that I’ve had a lot of decent experiences here, but I’ve also had a ton of horrible experiences. Lately they’ve been pretty bad. I had an AC issue that they couldn’t diagnose for 2 years. I was charged a couple diagnostic fees and one time they changed a sensor, telling me they were guessing and the sensor was probably the issue. Well, $400+ later the AC still wasn’t fixed. The problem with technology is it makes us lazy. They “hook it up to the machine” and if all tests ok then they say nothing is wrong. These guys don’t know how to diagnose a problem. To save their life. My most recent experience was just as bad. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was in the waiting room for an hour and 35 minutes before they informed me they recommend additional service, alignment and rear pads and rotors. Oh, it needs immediate attention! I declined the pads and rotors. I approved the alignment so they could finally get to work on the oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I decided to look up my receipts to check the history of my service. First of all I’ve spent a small fortune at Lockhart Cadillac for service. When researching my receipts I found the following…June of 2020, I paid to replace both front and rear brake pads and rotors (83,925 miles). June of 2021, I paid to replace both front rotors (95,563 miles - 11,638 miles since I last replaced them). April 2023, I once again paid to replace both front brake pads and rotors (130,996 miles - 35,433 miles since I last replaced them). Oh, and I travel so the miles are majority highway miles! Now, I am being told the rear pads and rotors need immediate attention. Let me tell you, I will not give Lockhart Cadillac another penny! They are con-artists and have taken me for a fool! Either they didn’t replace these items in the past (which has happened to me there before so it wouldn’t surprise me), or they use crap products! I’d run as fast as possible and never have Lockhart Cadillac service your car! More

Connor does a great job of staying on top of things and following up. He's honest and never tries to push unnecessary things on you. At no point do I ever feel I'm being "sold to".
