As a Cadillac dealership I think the service, the selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! My brakes have squeaked since my vehicle was about 5 months old. I’ve had it serviced by them several times and they never fix the issue. I was told “that’s just how they are.” It’s embarrassing constantly being the squeaky car everywhere I go…especially since I’m driving a 1 year old Cadillac! I bought it new off of the Lockhart lot. I am not sure what to make of this place. I mean, they offer shuttle and said that the wait time would be about a couple of hours. So I called ahead to schedule. I got there and a balding heavy set guy took my order and asked if I needed a shuttle. I said yeah and I lived on the southside of Indianapolis, well he said that they only go as far as five miles. The website says 10, and so did the person who I set the scheduled appointment with. When I mentioned her, he quickly said "okay no problem". Hmm. So they replaced my part, and a different person checked me out. A blond girl with a scar on her face. I asked if there was a warranty. She looked at her paperwork (not mine) and said two years. Well I got home and looked my invoice and there was NOTHING about a warranty. So I messaged them, and some guy emailed me back and said the warranty is only a year. I also didn't notice, but they left a fold open under the CUE system. Now I have to figure out how to close it. I can't believe I missed it. I don't know what kind of scam these people trying to run, but be careful. I don't know who Dough Haggard is, but I couldn't complete this without adding an employee's name. More
The main issue is this dealership sells CPO Cadillac vehicles. Certified Pre Owned and this comes with a 172 inspection. After receiving delivery the 2021 CT5-V, I started noticing issues. Then I revi vehicles. Certified Pre Owned and this comes with a 172 inspection. After receiving delivery the 2021 CT5-V, I started noticing issues. Then I reviewed the 172 point inspection sheet their service department fills out. Many of the checked off items and hand written values were false. They falsified measurements about tread on tires, damage on all 4 wheels, dent and repainted damage on exterior. Auto trader said minor front damage but it was clearly damaged in the rear of the car. Cheap repaint and overspray. Missing or unconnected fasteners. The front bumper was replaced with a non- V bumper with chrome trim. Instead of replacing the trim with black trim they poorly repainted the chrome. Really? When questioned they replied with "we will not be assisting you any further". I did get the dent fix in my home state for 130.00 bucks and made Lockhart of Greenwood pay a good Cadillac Dealership in my state. Buyer beware, if you see a 172 point CPO inspection it's most likely been pencil whipped with fake information. More
I just purchased a 2021 pre-own vehicle at this dealership. My sales consultant was Tim. Overall, I had a great experience with Lockhart Cadillac Greenwood team. Tim answered all my questions and he took care of any concerns I had. I did not feel pressured at any time to make the purchase. Even, after that; I asked Tim if the car could be delivered to my house due to there was not someone with me to drive the new car and they agreed to. Next day the car was completely cleaned and delivery to my door. I truly believe that you will have a great experience as I did. More
