I'm having a problem with my ABS braking system on my Jeep. They worked on it for 5hrs. $800 worth. Lights are back on. I had a $250. 00 headlight installed and it did not work. I returned to a few days later after I discovered the problem and had to get an appointment to get someon 00 headlight installed and it did not work. I returned to a few days later after I discovered the problem and had to get an appointment to get someone to help. Came back with my appointment and things were a bit confusing and they checked the light and told me that it was fine. .i showed them where it was pointing down and I was there with an appointment to get it fixed. The y got the mechanic who installed it and he found that it was installed wrong, corrected the problem on the spot and all's well. Just a little communication problem....Bill More

My oil change took an excessive amount of time. Not because of the technicians but because of the person who processed my paperwork. I saw my vehicle was done and it took almost 40 minutes for my papetwork to be brought out. 15 minutes of that time was when the worker stopped and talk to another co-worker as she was walking my paperwork out. I also had an issue with a light that was not changed during my last visit. I was told about a light being out so I authorized the repair. The repair was supposedly done and I was billed for the part and labor. I quickly learned the work had not been done so I called and was told notations would be made so I could have the work done when I came back. I conveyed this to the attendant and she ignored it and insisted the bulb must have just burned out again, which means I paid for the bulb and labor twice. There are two sisters who work there that are amazing. This encounter was with a third attendant that I have never dealt with before. More
