I called and inquired about the vehicle a 2014 Chrysler 200 with 20,000 miles. We negotiated a price I was going to trade my car and I filled out a credit app. I was accepted. The day that I was going to go buy the car was a 5 Hour Drive. The finance manager called me up, told me that they sold the car to a local person right out from underneath of me. I did not leave a nice review on Google reviews I thought it was insane to sell a car from underneath a retired disabled veteran who was established and had set everything up in the process. Along the way I asked questions about the car and I was deeply concerned that the financing was what it actually was, seeing how my credit score was over 800 and my APR was going to be over 10%. They said, in their reviews in their rebuttal, that I was a complainer. I didn’t know that asking questions about a vehicle or the financing that you the individual who is going to be making the payment were in indeed a complainer? And because I asked questions, they found a mechanical issue with the vehicle which led them to have to fix it. I’m not really sure they fixed it since they sold it to another person who knows if they fixed what was wrong? It was a learning experience, and I will not deviate from going out of state to buy a car any longer. More
After 20 years as a loyal Jeep driver and leasing 4-5 vehicles from this dealership, I am beyond disappointed. Despite having both verbal and written confirmations of our deal, he managed to cost me thousands of dollars and I traveled over 10 hours for them to pull the rug after I arrived. A mere "I'm sorry" is grossly insufficient. The sales manager, Michael Ryan, was also culpable. I've driven my last Jeep, and I'll ensure everyone I know hears about this abysmal experience. This dealership used to be great! I did purchase a wrangler and was happy with what I bought. But I did have to take it in almost a year later. I did book a appointment online and waited two weeks for the appointment. When I came in and told them I was here for an appointment, I received the most awful service. Was scolded for making an appointment online by 2 people right from the start and was told what did you make the appointment yesterday? I was not upset or mad when they got mad about my appointment being online. I just wanted to know why my car was making a noise and why there was fluid on the hood. After being scolded they said they would look at it, but was mad about all the hook ups I had. Its a wrangler people its ment to have a winch and a few accessories. Nothing that would make my car have problems. After they had my car I was called by the service manager and he was so rude. Telling me that they don't know why its making the noise maybe because of my accessories and its my fault and they can't fix it. And I don't know what I'm doing. Because of my accessories. Just made me feel like crap 100 percent! Very rude and unprofessional. I should of learned the first time not to go to this dealership. Same service manager when I had my Cherokee said my license was fake. I believe his name was Mike. More
I won’t go back to this dealership ever again. The service advisor Laura Mark is extremely rude and should not be in customer service. I waited over a month to get an appointment with the technician to look at my speakers which are still covered under warranty. It should be a fairly easy task to listen to speakers to see if they are blown. I brought my car in when they opened, they said it should be done in a couple hours. I called again at 1pm letting them know I had to be at work. She called me back and said car would be ready at 2pm. When I picked up the car she said that I was all set and they would order the two speakers. I didn’t hear anything from her for a week so I called in and when I talked to Laura she said I had to bring the car back in because the part costs a thousand dollars and it wasn’t approved by the manager. At this point, I am feeling like they have been wasting my time. I bring the car back in and they keep it a whole day and then say only one speaker is being ordered. I asked if I could talk to the technician and play some songs I saved in my phone. She says “I can’t have you speaking with the technician.” I ask why not and she offers me to speak with the assistant manager. She wouldn’t give me my invoice when I asked for it and then when I demanded it she angrily asked “what, are you going to do go somewhere else?” I said I wanted a copy of my receipt which is normal and that she didn’t need to have an attitude with me. Then she yelled across the service department that I was as the one with the attitude. I asked for the managers contact information and she said he wasn’t in. I asked for his card and they would not give it to me. I love my Jeep but this was a terrible experience. This dealership is an example of what hurts the JEEP brand. More
This is the best service and dealership I have ever found. I really feel like family here. They make me feel right at home. We've bought our cars, Chrysler and Mitsubishi, and have had them serviced at found. I really feel like family here. They make me feel right at home. Robert Bell is the best! I asked Robert if he had anything that could be towed behind my RV and he said, Yes! Robert set up a test drive on a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. Robert took the time to go over everything in the car and showed me the outside as well. He also said to read over the manual which was the best advise as I've discovered my new car is equipped with features that make my life so good! My daughter and I appreciated his friendly and informative approach to leasing a jeep. We also appreciated the team approach he used with the financing department and lease return representatives to facilitate an easy transition into a new lease. He worked toward a great customer experience proving there can be customer driven dealerships. More
