Good service, friendly and attentive personnel nice waiting area for people waiting on their cars. Very clean restroom with lots of stalls. Horrible Service Department My son took his car in for 30K service. The service person did not mention that there were 3 service plans, and only mentioned the premium plan (almo My son took his car in for 30K service. The service person did not mention that there were 3 service plans, and only mentioned the premium plan (almost $1000). The service was supposed to include a brake inspection and tire rotation, but the dirt on the wheels was undisturbed. I suspect those services were not performed. I wish I had seen the other reviews reporting the same shady practices before bringing the car to Livermore Toyota. More

Livermore Toyota did a fantastic job assisting me with the work needing completion. Both the service rep “Rick” and service manager “Mike” went beyond the call of duty.
