Very friendly and professional I’ve given a 5 star for my review because they were very professional and very helpful during my visit. It sucked because I wanted to wash my car but I’ve given a 5 star for my review because they were very professional and very helpful during my visit. It sucked because I wanted to wash my car but it was raining the day I came in for my service. so I wont hold it against the people that serviced my car. So far my this is my 3rd visit and they always wash my car anyways even if I didnt ask for a wash. So yes I would recommend this toyota to any of my friends and family because they’re the best at what they do. All I want to say is keep up the good work and thank you for always taking car of my car when I bring it in for service. Thank you Livermore Toyota! 😊 More

They seem to treat customers with appointments the same as walk-ins. Just seem to be very poorly organized. The staff was understandably stressed and slightly rude in their interactions with me. Service wait time I waited at the curb I hour and five minutes before a customer service representative came out and took information on my car. This is unacceptable. Terrible experience... Completed work is high quality and fully explained prior to and/or after to make sure I have full understanding of what was done. More

Service work Average service was completed after a previous visit in which they broke the antenna going through the car wash.
