I brought my wife’s Toyota Camry to this dealership for 120k major service. The service advisor I worked with, Dominador Galleto, was great! He shared the different options for the 120k service and removed 120k major service. The service advisor I worked with, Dominador Galleto, was great! He shared the different options for the 120k service and removed a few items that were not necessary since I previously had service done at the 60k and 90k intervals. This helped bring the price down, which was appreciated. He also was nice enough to arrange Lyft rides. And finally, he was able to have technicians work on the vehicle so it took about 4.5 hours vs the 6 hours I was initially quoted. This dealership is not that close to where we live but we continually come to it because of the quality service center and service advisors. More

I had made several call to a salesman, then a manager. I would never get my calls returned. Then the beginning of the year, I decided to try on last time. I explained my terrible experience to the new manager, he did all he could to help out of a horrible bind I was in. He made my last visit worthwhile. I would like to emphasize, how important it is to respond to calls. It takes a few minutes to say, " I got your message". I can't tell you haow many times I called. I work in Customer Service, so I know how important it is. I even asked a salesperson to see if he could locate a certain vehicle for me...never heard from him. I even went to Dublin, Toyota, and I must say....I got a call at least once a week to give me the status. I was impressed. In a nutshell, getting back to the people, when they call is of utter importance. More
