Some service checked off was not done. I knew right away since the rotation and tire pressure check was the first thing that I saw on my dash display. Supposed to have 35psi but there was only 26psi. I asked for transmission fluid level check but it wasn't done although it was checked off. I had to finish several items checked off. Bad scratches were left on my new tubular running boards. Try using the steps provided next time. Toyota Care for the first 2years??? Forget it! More

The alignment behavior on the ride from the dealership was similar to that of lost alignment, or none at all. It may have helped if a new expected behavior description would have been offered by an expert. Having another appointment scheduled for the A/C service next week, I anticipate to find resolution to the above concerns. More
The worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Livermore Toyota was the worst delarshop I’ve been to. I called Toyota of Livermore for an appointment to get it checked out. I called at 9:00am and had an appointment that afternoon at 1:00pm. This met my schedule. I arrived and in about 30 minutes the battery was changed and I was on my way. Great service, great timing and great customer service (Dan). More
Sergio, Angelo, and Jericho were awesome! I’m a first time car buyer and Livermore Toyota made getting the car I wanted easy. Livermore gave me more for my trade-in than I had expected. One word! Nightmare! Been 6 weeks since purchase and this "Groundhog Day" nightmare will not end. I was told my first payment wasn't due until October, and now Toyota Fina Been 6 weeks since purchase and this "Groundhog Day" nightmare will not end. I was told my first payment wasn't due until October, and now Toyota Financial is calling me saying I'm two weeks past due and have late fees added. I haven't even received anything in the mail concerning financial payments!! Can't even get anybody from the dealership to return my calls. What a joke!! More
Poor Service 1. I cleaned the battery terminals on my Sienna and it arc'd damaging the radio unit. 2. A reconditioned replacement was priced at $3100 plus install 1. Email to Rick Souza asking for more info on repairs went unanswered 4. No help from national Toyota service either. I was able to get the Radio unit repaired in a short time locally at the cost of $1000--Power supply board was damaged and I also got the Map Drive replaced in the price.( this drive had gone defective four months earlier and at time the cost to repair was also $3100. Unfortunately I had delayed that repair. In summary--Overpriced repairs, service is poor. More
