In particular, I was truly impressed by the sales representative, Carlos Vasquez, and the finance representative, Jawid Omar. I have never met a sales person that was as knowledgeable, professional and friendly as Carlos. He took the time to show us ALL of the car's features, both physical and electronic, in a relaxing yet professional manner. Jawid was extremely friendly and professional and clearly explained all of the details. What a great young man. Nightmare Livermore Toyota throughout their company structure has no commutation....none. Did I get a deal on a "used" truck which Livermore was selling new again "with" damage to the truck which was not fixed until someone bought the truck. Really? Their thinking is maybe that new customer will not see the damage and we will not have to pay for it.... Come on..lol. Do I like the Product? Yes...
