It wasn’t leaking before I went in but it was dripping after I got home. Sometimes I wonder if they caused it to start dripping. My husband had the same experience with his Tundra at 60,000 miles. It wasn’t the same problem but what is it with these Toyota’s that they have major service problems after 60,000 miles. Cars should last longer. Fortunately it was covered because of our extended warranty but I don’t know if I’ll be buying another Toyota.. More

Livermore Toyota makes sure all of its maintenance needs are up to date to keep it running smoothly. Joe Alejandre always informs me of what is needed and why it is needed which I really appreciate. When we moved to CA, we tried another dealership which is closer to our home, but felt we were being ripped off. We are so much happier with the Livermore dealership and their excellent technicians!! Must have been an off day Normally, everything is GREAT when I need to take my vehicle here for service. This time though, I had to wait in line for a service adviser both when Normally, everything is GREAT when I need to take my vehicle here for service. This time though, I had to wait in line for a service adviser both when I dropped off and when I picked up (15-20 minutes each), as well as waiting for the shuttle too and from the dealer (about 20 minutes each). While this might seem like whining, it only bothers me because I have never had to wait with these guys - that's one of the reasons I always go to Livermore Toyota - and this was a recall after a previous recall for which they requested I come in. It must have just been an off day for them. More
