Scheduled service I brought my car in for 120,000 mile service. As always I got excellent service and was very pleased with the work done. However, when I called back after my service to inquire about fixing the issues that were found during the service...I could never get an answer from anyone . I called several times and was told someone would call me back...but no one ever did...I am still waiting....uugh! Despite this small snafu...I still love ya'll 😁 More
Went in for an oil change and got over sold I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the ca I had a maintenance light come on that was indicating the oil change was needed. I was sold that the "90,000" mile service was due even though the car was running fine and the mileage was at 88K. Since it was close, I decided to get it done even though the price was extremelyt high at over $900. I was called back later and told that the water pump was leaking (even though there was never any liquid found where I park). I was told this was mandatory and would be over $700. I felt stuck and approved it. So instead of getting a simple oil change, I had almost $2,000 worth of "work" done and no evidence that any of it was needed. I was not offered to see the old water pump and can't tell any difference in the performance of the vehicle that anything special was done for the 90,000 mile service. I think I will stick with the oil change place down the street and the $29.99 oil change. More
