Misdiagnosis and overcharging. Rick Souza told me it would cost approximately $600.00 to fix my trunk latch. He said the actuator assembly needed to be replaced, $285.00. They had the trunk latch working in less than 10 minutes with no new actuator..The other shop found that my brake fluid was very low. Very strange since Livermore Toyota had just performed a major service on the car. More
I trust Livermore Toyota I purchased my Toyota Prius plug-in from Livermore Toyota in March of 2014. I live about 10 minutes from Oakland Toyota and about 15 minutes from Wal I purchased my Toyota Prius plug-in from Livermore Toyota in March of 2014. I live about 10 minutes from Oakland Toyota and about 15 minutes from Walnut Creek Toyota, but I have always taken my car to Livermore Toyota which is about 50 minutes from where I live. I don’t mind driving the extra miles because I always feel comfortable at Livermore Toyota due to their honesty and quality of service. If I decide to buy another Toyota, I would only buy from Livermore Toyota. More

Purchased a car I learned that not all Toyota Dealers are not the same when it comes to helping people but this particular dealer will do everything they can to help I learned that not all Toyota Dealers are not the same when it comes to helping people but this particular dealer will do everything they can to help you. We were able to purchase 2 cars in the last 5 months because of their effort in helping us and professionalism. Like to mention Mo who was again our sales person. Dealership Follow-up After Sale Updated February 25, 2017: After meeting with Mark Fusselman, the General Manager for Livermore Toyota, my concerns from last week (see below) were li Updated February 25, 2017: After meeting with Mark Fusselman, the General Manager for Livermore Toyota, my concerns from last week (see below) were listened to and my windshield wiper issue was resolved before I left the dealership. I was also able to resolve a second issue that will be taken care of later this week (weather permitting). It is always encouraging to be able to resolve a conflict and come away with a plan. The original review below received one star based on initial experience (February 21, 2018). After the purchase of my 2017 Toyota Tacoma in December 2018, Sunny Ahmad assured me after a rough sales experience that if I had any problems with my new vehicle, he would personally take care of any problems. My Tacoma has the six speed manual transmission which is not very popular in California, which is why it sat on the dealership lot for 20 months. After the last set of winter storms passed through Northern California, it became clear that the sun had taken a toll on the wiper blades. In my mind a new vehicle should come with new wiper blades. The service department stated that they could not replace the wiper blades without paperwork from the sales department. My salesman, James Wyche, was more than happy to help me out but when we approach Sunny for the required form he stated that he was unhappy that I had given him a negative review during my review of the dealership. Both James and I were stunned, but not surprised, by Sunny's behavior. More
