I visited this dealership becuz its closet o home, and both times i went, conversations were all misleading im feeling glad i never concluded a deal with them. Ill-responsive on emails, they say one thing in person and come back as though they didnt hear you the first time. A good dealership pays close attention to what u say and not their commission. Im going somewhere else. I dont trust this dealership. Ive been buying good deals the last 9 years with honda and toyota and this place sucks at it. Yes, my situation is complex but that doesnt mean you get to make my experience feel as bad. And dont even try to call me to fix it bcuz i am not confident in you, you had two opportunities. This was my first time buying my first car and Kacey was a really good help came out with a good deal! After signing off they tried to slip in something that was already informed not to add I was unsatisfied on their part but other than that I was happy with my car. More

These guys will lie to you to get a sale. Don't trust them because they screwed me so hard and without lube! I'll never go here again. They lied to me about my trade in, shorted me even though they said they'd match or beat another dealerships trade in value. The True car value of the vehicle I got was listed at 29k, they didn't honor True Car Military and wouldn't match true car even though it said that price was good until a certain day. I did reach out to true car who explained that they are supposed to honor the true car price and that they shouldn't have disregarded my true car price. I was told to contact the manager and if they couldn't fix it to escalate through true car! Then the cherry on top.... They told me that I can get the vehicle now and refinance through the company that had the best rate. Well I just called Ally and they do not offer refinancing, which had I known that I never would have accepted the contract. These guys will smile and shake your hand because they are lying to you just to make a sale. And to think they had my best interest in mind. They asked for a Google review, well here it is! Don't trust these guys, they're all fake and full of lies! More

We're from Sacramento went there because their toyota was the only one that had the car were looking for. The sales person did a terrible job at explaining the numbers. The manager was desperate on selling the spartan security we was ready to walk on the deal than he finally decided to take it off that took like an hour. Finance was a scam from the beginning they switch our rates to a lower one had us put more money down for it and charged us a 3rd party warranty. Went back and finance then they tried to argue with us about why we wanted to cancel the 3rd party warranty. Terrible service drove all that way just to fill their stupid ego. Never shop from here unless you don't mind getting scammed. More

Livermore Toyota’s finance manager on 2/28/21 failed to mention this very important detail to me. But, he did make me believe I am getting a very good deal. No one in their right mind would accept to pay $300 per oil change in advance which is why they tricked me by not disclosing this very important detail. This is absurd! Livermore Toyota you have no shame! Now, I want all my money back the whole $1,750 of it plus the $2,650 I paid for an extended warranty on the day and in the same contract. Since I can no longer trust you I want my $4,400 I paid for in advance back bc I have lost my complete trust in you. It is outrageous that you charged me $1,750 for 5 oil changes so let this be a lesson for you not to try and rip off your customers again. Who knows how many other customers you ripped off like you did me. You didn’t think I’d find out? You suck Livermore Toyota and customers shouldn’t trust you! Btw, I leased my truck from you the first time, and I bought my truck from you a second time , but there won’t be a third time! More
