Horrific, frustrating, agonizing. Worst experience I have EVER encountered when buying a vehicle. WARNING! They will get over on you, and sell you a lemon, which is against the Law! If you insist on buying a car there, make sure you buy a brand new car with zero mile.They will still work to get over on you, but at least you know you're not getting a lemon. We are in the middle of filing complaints, a lawsuit, and the bureau of automotive repair or BAR is now investigating them for a fraudulent smog on our vehicle. We tried to bring the car back, and work with them in making the repairs (a few days after buying), but the manager ( Paul Haub) was atrocious in the way we were treated. He not only refused to help us he literally threw our paperwork at us, and stormed off, as if he was the one with the complaint. We were left sitting there in shock and and confusion at the utter lack of professionalism, and brazen disrespect. He realized that even though we were in the right, it would be an uphill battle for us, and figured he could treat us anyway he wanted. After that, the rest of the staff members who greeted us with smiles before purchasing the vehicle began to show their true colors/motives, and were also unwilling to help. I am still dumbfounded by the lawless actions of Mr Haub, and the rest of the staff members. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. More

I called to service my car for recall issue, and was told to bring in the car by 8:30 and will be done by 11. I bought my car from this dealer and had done service here before. So, even if I have moved to alameda I decided to bring my car here for service. I decided to wait around the area until my car is done. I got there at 8:15, the guy checking me in tells me that the car will be done at 3pm. What? Why didn't they say that when I called? I told the guy my situation, and I told him I will go catch a movie and be back at 3. He said he will do his best to get it done sooner. Off I went on the shuttle at 9:45, my car was still sitting in a long line of cars, why did they make me come in at 8:30? I got back to the livermore honda dealer at 3:40, my car was not ready. They tell me I have to wait 1 more hour. It was 4:50 when I drove my car off the dealership for the last time. Just lost my whole Saturday because how inefficient this service department is. More

They are supposed to do some perma plate installation for which i paid 700. And this is supposed to happen in first week after purchase. And they should be calling me to fix an appointment. Here is the worst part. They never called me for a month. When i enquired about it, all they said was they tried once and left a VM, which was false statement. I thought it could be communication gap, so went easy on it, which I regret. Then I was give an appointment for a monday and was told to bring in car on Sunday. I drove 55 miles to get it as I stay in bay and then they said I will not get a loner as the service is closed over Sundays. Thats worst. I drove back, tried to call them all the listed numbers several time to explain the incident, and no one cares, they either transfer my call to some other rock, or put me on hold. And i waited to see if they come back to me to get the service done, as it is something pending from their end. No one ever tried to even call me. So I tried call them up multiple times, and got vexed with it. Finally when i called front desk to see if service is open so that i can drive by n put my case in person, they asked me to come by. But the service was not open and they did that shot again. After 6 months of several phone calls and 400 mile drive, here I sit in their guest room waiting for a answer. As i wait i write this detailed review so that no one else get into this xxxx. Hope it helps the management to know how they operate. More

We saw a 2003 Honda Accord on the website and came in to look at it. The vehicle was for my 16 year old daughter so I wanted to make sure the vehicle was in good condition. He explained that the vehicle went through their inspection and would not have been on the lot if it was not in VERY good condition. They were very friendly and worked with us on the price. Overall, it was a very good experience and my daughter absolutley loves her car. More
I went in looking for a newer Honda Odyssey. They had a 2010 that was in excellent condition with the DVD entertainment system. We have kids so this is very nice to have. I expressed to to Mursal that I wanted to make sure that all the electronics and everything works, and she was able to include 3 years Honda Care bumper to bumper warranty. Bob in financing prepared the warranty package and was also very easy to work with. After I purchased the van they cleaned it and it looked gorgeous. I'm happy to say that they were able to go above and beyond my expectations. Overall an excellent car buying experience and I will be back there for service and for future vehicle purchases. It was a very good experience buying from Livermore Honda. I started looking for a new car two years ago and contacted them through the Internet. They emailed me a quote and followed up with me once. Unlike another dealer, they never called to push me to buy. This year, when I was ready to buy, my boyfriend and I called several dealers. Livermore and Anderson gave us the best quotes (side note, Dublin had three people calling me back, but none give me a price. They just kept asking me to go in and said "we will work it out." Thrumbs down to Dublin!). We picked Livermore since it was closer and had the exact trim and color I wanted. The sales person Larry patiently explained the forms and answered all our questions. He apologized several times when we had to wait for the fiance person and car detailing. The fiance person, Bob, was a surprise, in a good way. I have heard many stories where the finance persons push you to buy packages. Bob did not give us any pressure. He explained to us the available packages and said "just tell me what you want." There was not marketing, pushing or tricking. I purchased the extended warranty and maintenance plan because the price seemed reasonable. We finished the deal happily, without feeling manipulated in anyway....The story did not end here. After I got home and research my new 2013 CRV's maintenance needs, I realized that maintenance plan would not be worth it. I called Bob and told him I wanted to cancel it. He did not gave any any grief and told me go in to sign a form. I went in the next day. The cancelling was pleasant and easy too. More
