We were in the market to buy a new truck and already looked at a few other dealerships. We were later told it was an error on their part and they could not honor the price. But at the end of the day, we were happy with our buying experience at Livermore Ford. We highly recommend Alessandro in Sales. He was helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and worked hard for our business. John in Finance was a bit pushy with the extended warranty but nonetheless was very informative, answered all our questions, and wrapped up our paperwork quickly. We did have a question the next day that took a few follow up calls/texts before getting a response that night. Other than that, excellent customer service from the entire staff. Prior to coming here, we also did our research on dealerships, and Livermore Ford is highly rated for a reason. We would definitely work with Alessandro again for future purchases.
