FOLLOW UP AFTER PURCHASE IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE WILL RETURN CALLS. NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THEY JUST TAKE A MESSAGE. TURNS OUT THE FINANCIAL GUY THAT I WENT THOUGH DOES NO ONE WILL RETURN CALLS. NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THEY JUST TAKE A MESSAGE. TURNS OUT THE FINANCIAL GUY THAT I WENT THOUGH DOES NOT EVEN WORK THERE ANYMORE. YET THEY WILL STILL TRANSFER ME TO HIS PHONE WHERE NO ONE WILL PICK UP OR RETURN CALLS. ASK FOR THE GM HE WILL WRITE A NOTE DOWN (SO HE SAYS) AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING ALL YOUR WORK DONE AT THERE SHOP. THEY MAKE IT xxxx NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ANOTHER SHOP. (PHONE NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE CONTRACT IS SO OUT OF DATE. THE PHONE NUMBER TO FILE A CLAIM GOES TO A SCAM LINE IN INDIA ASKING FOR YOUR SSN. TRIED GETTING A UPDATED NUMBER STILL CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HELP OUT. LOVE THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM THEM JUST WISH THERE FOLLOW UP WAS BETTER. FEELS LIKE THEY GOT THER BONUS SPIFF FOR SELLING THE CAR AND COULD CARE LESS WHAT HAPPENS AFTER. More
They claimed to fix a flat tire on the car I purchased, I found out a few days later that the wheel was cracked and have to buy a new one. Either their service is incompetent or they are scammers. Also- demanding to be paid for "window security etching" Wow. There's a reason used car salesmen is a trope. I though that stuff was just a joke in movies. These guys actually do it! Hahahahaaa More

Dante, the salesman, was very friendly, cordial and business like, easy to talk to end welcoming. He did not put pressure on but did everything he could to make sure my questions, concerns, etc., were business like, easy to talk to end welcoming. He did not put pressure on but did everything he could to make sure my questions, concerns, etc., were answered. The test drive did it, though, once I drive that Platinum F-150 I was sold. The rest was putting it together as it was a far more expensive truck than I thought. Allesandro was also super in every way, going the extra mile to make my dream come true. All the folks at Livermore Ford are just super. I never felt pressured and was never promised anything that was not delivered, and everything promised was delivered. I will definitely have this beautiful truck serviced by them. I also recommend the F-150 Platinum, it's a super truck from a super dealer! More
This place is the biggest rip off, I've ever come across. I started an inquiry on the internet for a car. Had a conversation with Ahmad Jabari trying to negotiate a deal. What a mistake. They took a car advertised at 43k and sent me a purchase quote at 63k with some of the most ridiculous add-ons I've ever seen, that I never asked for. One line item even just said add-on for over 3k. Again, I spoke to Ahmad Jabari, telling him I didn't want any of the add-ons, of which he said well this one is already on the car (???) but lowered it to 750. (Mind you, I had already informed him, that I was pre-approved for twice the amount of the car.) He sent me another quote, still with some crazy add-ons, now we're at 49K. I had already come up 4k from my original offer, and he was trying to tell me how much he came down. NOT!!!!! At which time he sent me a text saying if I can't afford the car, maybe you should look at something less. SUCH INSOLENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. He finally came down 1k, but by that time I was too insulted and had no faith that this dealership and Ahmad Jabari were anyone to be trusted. Based on other reviews, I'd say this is indicative of the mindset over at Livermore Ford. More

BUYER BEWARE! ! Stay away. I finally got my maverick (after a year of waiting & little-to-no communication), but the purchasing experience was terrible. I had 2 ! Stay away. I finally got my maverick (after a year of waiting & little-to-no communication), but the purchasing experience was terrible. I had 2 people "helping" me - Shak & I don't remember the other guy. They were incredibly pushy & trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. The price build I got was for 32k. Lo & behold, when it comes time to sit down and sign papers, they've somehow added on literally 6k extra of stuff that I didn't ask for, & wasn't on the initial price breakdown. We then spend the next 2 hours sitting there, trying to bargain the car back down to what I was promised. They were way too aggressive & it made the whole experience of trying to get this car that I've been waiting so long for, & was so excited for, incredibly stressful. I definitely will not be back, & I don't care for ford if this is how they choose to treat their customers. I got the car, but I literally left the dealership trying not to cry. Emotional freaken rollercoaster. So glad it's over with. More
