Excellent. I bought my 2019 Explorer here, it had a couple of minor issues. They listened, walked the car with me so we were all on the same page about what nee I bought my 2019 Explorer here, it had a couple of minor issues. Amazing service! I just bought an Expedition from Livermore Ford. I worked with Jay Nadi and he was excellent. I looked at cars with my son on a Sunday and then didn I just bought an Expedition from Livermore Ford. I worked with Jay Nadi and he was excellent. Jay followed up but never pressured or over texted me about my purchasing status. He checked in a few times and was accommodating with my schedule to return.
