I must tell you how impressed I am with Livermore Lincoln. I just bought a new car from them last week and I only have great things to say. My salesman was Don, (I do not know his last name) and he was so professional right from the first time I came in for a test drive. We had to make an appointment due to Covid and when we got there, there was already a car wanting for us. He even had the AC turned on, so the car was cool and ready to test drive. He explained all the intricacies and how everything worked very well. We brought the car in two days ago for the application on the Cila-Jet and again we got stellar service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I called and booked an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle, as the lease was ending. THREE HOURS later, they finally wrapped up things and got the paperwork in place. Why even have me book an appointment for this? I saw walk-in customers get better treatment. Maybe it was because I was purchasing a lease and not a new car, but whatever it was, they have lost a customer forever. More
