Bought a 2019 Ford Transit 250 on Feb 15 2023. Brought it back on Feb 18 due to transmission issues. It is now May 31 2023. Vehicle is still at the dealership waiting to be fixed. The manager, Stan refuses to give me a refund or even communicate with me. I have been without a vehicle this whole time and I am stuck paying over $700 a month for this vehicle that I can't use. I was also told I would be reimbursed for a cargo van I had to rent for a week. Every time I ask where the check is, their response, we just mailed it. Please do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can from this dealership. I wish I did. This has been nothing but a nightmare. More
Sold my LR4 as a condition of. Using a new Black Label Aviator. At the time of trade in I was told this dealer could not cut me a check for 21k and that it would be sent overnight Using a new Black Label Aviator. At the time of trade in I was told this dealer could not cut me a check for 21k and that it would be sent overnight within 3 business days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for this check although they have Pink slip. In addition the car had scratches on the driver window, was dirty and is missing key components that we instructed the dealer to include. They talk a good game but are 100% negligent. After several follow-up phone calls and texts, I finally received my copies on Wednesday, May 18, 2023, from Mr. Jamal Zadran. The poor customer service in finance is unacceptable. More
Service department needs improvement. I called to schedule a service appointment for the earliest available date (1 month out). As the date approached, I called back to confirm. Apparently the operator mistakenly booked my reservation as a fleet appointment. Had to reschedule again- the earliest available was in another 3 weeks! Now, 7 weeks after my initial call, I finally got my car in for service. On the day the car was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they ordered the wrong part! ! I now need to return in another week to finally get my vehicle repaired. Eight weeks for a simple warranty repair seems pretty excessive in my view. More
I would discourage you from buying anything from Livermore Ford. Their sales team and financial team makes you get useless add ons like the 3M stickers on door edges for a highly upcharged price. Since I couldn't turn it down, I decided to go with it. I checked my car and saw that there was no door lining, when I told the sales team about this, their finance guy, Jamal, mentioned that he would refund me for that add on 399$ value. It has been almost 3 months since my purchase and I have yet to get the refund. I tried calling but whenever I mention the refund they hang up my call. Terrible dealership More

This was my first experience at Livermore Ford and I was extremely happy with the service with all the employees who assisted with the purchase of my car. Dante (salesman) was very friendly and helpful, he extremely happy with the service with all the employees who assisted with the purchase of my car.
