Hello Jim, I told Jay I didn't want service warranty when he brought it up and he didn't argue. Yousef however, would not take no for an answer and said I needed service warranty because the Genesis was a luxury car. I'm in my sixties and have had different luxury cars including Mercedes, Lexus and BMW's and I told him based on my experience, service warranty was a waste of money but he wouldn't listen. Basically, he indicated I had to buy the warranty or there would be no deal so I bought it. I told Chad about my displeasure with the coercion when he delivered the car and he said I could cancel it for a refund so Jim if you want to help, cancel the warranty and issue me a refund. You can call us at 925-294-7700 and ask for our Finance Depratmnet and they can send you the cancellation form or set up a time to come in and sign the cancellation; whichever works best for you.
