The purchase process was easy (though slow). Yes, I bought the vehicle. Like I said, everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. The only improvement I would recomend, is it took far too long to purchase the vehicle. I knew about 30 minutes into my visit that I wanted to purchase the car. I paid cash, and should have been out quickly. However, it took almost 4 hours (from the time I arrived) before I could simply write the check and get my paperwork. This needs to be faster. More

I just leased a new Lincoln Nautilus and the Sales person Shak was awesome to work with and the Finance staff couldn't have been better. Staff are not nice. I purchased my 2021 Subaru and it looked flawless however when I washed my car for the first time I noticed all the scratched. It turned out that the I purchased my 2021 Subaru and it looked flawless however when I washed my car for the first time I noticed all the scratched. It turned out that they just covered with polished and they didn’t even do a good job. Until now I am still waiting to hear from the manager. We called and told them about the issue and they said that the manager will call us back but we are still waiting. I can’t believe this is happening. The worst experience ever! More

I had been trying to get a specific truck that was not readily available anywhere near me for a few months. I called and talked to Shak who was AMAZING! He said he was getting one in and would call me a readily available anywhere near me for a few months. I called and talked to Shak who was AMAZING! He said he was getting one in and would call me as soon as it arrived. It arrived on his day off & he still called to let me know it was there and that he would hold it for me until the next morning. We had talked price as I had a very specific budget and he kept his word about everything. Also, I have some health issues and was uncomfortable going inside the dealership to fill out paperwork, so he brought everything out to me. He was patient in walking me through all of the fancy functions of the truck & just really made the experience an absolute pleasure. If you're looking for a vehicle, talk to Shak.
