I am still trying to get the registration fee the dealer charged even though my trades registration said "Except" on registration fee's as I am 100% disabled Veteran. Dmv will take forever in returning the $647.00. Should not been collected. All I can offer is take your time and ask questions before signing the contract. Qs the day wears down, so do you. More
Went to Livermore ford to get a truck even though I thought it to be impossible under my circumstances. Rich and the management team went to work hard and went above and beyond to see that I could get thought it to be impossible under my circumstances. Rich and the management team went to work hard and went above and beyond to see that I could get in the truck I wanted. I would never ever have thought it to be possible, but thanks to them, today I drive a Ram 1500. These guys went above and beyond and I will refer everyone and anyone to them because I know how hard they worked for me and they made it seem like no challenge couldn't be accomplished. I will definitely be back if and when I need anything to drive. Thank you all again. More
I've made numerous attempts over the last three months to get Livermore Ford to engage me on a pre-paid maintenance agreement I purchased from them. I did get someone from Finance to finally return a call, and they were apologetic, "I'm going to fix this", "sorry", "we will resolve this today or tomorrow". That was two weeks ago and now this guy has ghosted me as well. I've tried phone and email. They were very happy to take over $70k from me. More

Drove from Salinas to find just what I wanted. It was not available so I was shown a beautiful Lincoln Corsair that I could not5 believe would fit in what I wanted to spend.
