I have purchased my last 3 cars from Livermore Ford. This last experience has been a nightmare and the worst customer service by their front office and financial department. I have called several times This last experience has been a nightmare and the worst customer service by their front office and financial department. I have called several times to find out why my DMV registration had yet to be processed. No return phone calls. Once I reached someone live on the phone they lied and said they had just received the title, but Ford's Corporate Finance office confirmed it had been sent on August 22nd. They promised me they would send an email with a confirmation - but that never happened. Left a message with them again and no return phone call or email. When I did get a hold of someone in Finance the person I spoke to was condescending, rude and tried to act like it was no big deal that I had expired plates. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never purchase another car from them again, which is sad because they have always had excellent customer service prior to this. And I still don't have an answer or return phone call. More

Gave false promise that it would be ready in a few days and we would be the first to get called. Then increased the price by $2k after 2 days and sold it without giving me a call back. We dealt with Rafi and their VIP sales manager (don't recall the name) More
