The customer service experience as well as all interactions with this dealership/site were horrific. Besides the gentleman, Dante, who answers the phones when a call comes in, the team is incredibly dishonest and like most sales people they try and play you. They will not return phone calls after purchasing a vehicle a month ago and have still yet to send the trade-in payoff check to the bank per the contract signed and dated. The salesman is texting me asking my the payoff amount of my trade in (though it is clearly stated on the signed contract) in order to get a smaller amount on another platform in writing to pay less money. This salesman in particular is Ahmad Jabari. It is wise to stay away from his help at all costs. His cousin, Ali, who works in finance is also just as dishonest. They really are cousins and introduced themselves as such. They also lied about complimentary lifetime power train warranties on the vehicle which was also advertised on their website on the exact vehicles. False online advertisement is not their fault, however, them confirming the car to have this feature was outrageous and then lying about it afterward. This location bounces calls around and blame one another for their shortcomings. We have let multiple messages since 11/14 and have YET to receive a promised call back. Livermore Ford is likely the most unprofessional car dealership experience you might ever have. Read other reviews about this site and heed the warnings or proceed with great caution. This is car 4 from Gill Auto Group that we've purchased and will absolutely be the last after this awful experience. More
