I bought my Eclipse new from this dealer back in 2003 - the experience was far less than satisfactory and now that there is a forum to publicly share the experience, I am sharing years later. Perhaps they have improved by now, but I certainly won't take my chances with LR Mitsubishi again and my recommendation is that you avoid them as well. First of all, after talking on the phone with the dealer and detailing the features that I wanted on my eclipse, I was told that they happen to have one on the lot that is exactly what I'm looking for. After showing up on the lot, the dealer disclosed that they did not have the features that we wanted but showed us another car. After test driving the car, I knew that this was the one that I wanted and requested that the added features be added to the car, I was promised that this would happen at no extra charge. This never happened. In subsequent phone conversations immediately following the purchase of the new vehicle, the sales staff and sales manager were beligerant and hung up on me. I've concluded that the sales staff at Little Rock Dodge / Little Rock Mitsubishi will say anything that they think will make the sale and could care less about customer service. More
My salesman was great and has helped me out as much as he could however the dealer has taken 48 days to pay off my trade in. Because of this I now have a negative mark on my credit report. The dealer wrote me a letter to send to the finance company that holds the loan to the trade in saying that they made the payment on May 5th 2008 but today May 27th 2008 I was told by Mitsubishi Corporate that nobody at the dealership authorized the payoff and that it was never sent in. Also they were supposed to order some parts to fix a suspension issue with the car pulling hard to the left but this has not been done either. Today when I spoke with the Mitsubishi Headquarters I was told to call the dealership and ask for the general manager, when I did the receptionist asked for my name and recognized that I had called before regarding a payoff and refused to transfer me to the manager. She told me that for payoff I would have to speak with the finance department, which are the people that wrote me the letter saying payment had been sent on May 5th. I am rating Friendliness at a 5 because my salesman was really good but everything else is a 1. I do not recommend this dealer. More
