I felt there was only the individual who was dishonest about loaner vehicles and how they are offered since I have quite a winter commute. I have had nothing but top notch service from Reno Lithia VW after that and can say now it was clearly the individual and not the dealerships employee attitude as a whole. Thank you More

Worst service ever on Winnebago Rialta air conditioning Took my 1996 VW Winnebago Rialta, with a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder gasoline engine, in to have the air conditioning serviced. Almost $1000 later, air cond Took my 1996 VW Winnebago Rialta, with a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder gasoline engine, in to have the air conditioning serviced. Almost $1000 later, air conditioning didn't work. They had one guy diddling around with it in a service bay, spraying lube on engine parts. If I did not live in Bishop, 250 miles away, I would have sued them in small claims court. Hard to believe they are still in business. Now, it is serviced in Bakersfield, where it was diagnosed and fixed. Next year, she'll be registered as a California historic vehicle, no thanks to Lithia. Avoid at all costs. More

To be honest, I haven’t had the best experience with other Lithia dealerships; however, when I needed to get a new car after getting in basically a he To be honest, I haven’t had the best experience with other Lithia dealerships; however, when I needed to get a new car after getting in basically a head-on collision (Subaru Crosstrek vs. Dodge Ram Truck... guess who won?), Chance Kazan was probably the most low-key salesperson I’ve ever met. Terrific for me in a stressful situation. Your dealership did not have the color vehicle I wanted and Chance never pressured me, which I appreciated. I ended up getting my vehicle from another Lithia dealership in Oregon (another story in and of itself). Once your dealership moved to its new location, I reconnected with Chance and he recommended Carlos Dominguez for my service. Carlos is terrific - friendly, efficient and professional. He took good care of my car and me. Thank you for putting my faith back into the Lithia brand. More
