Service is great! Love the lifetime oil changes. My only problem is that every time I go in to drop to pick up my car I am surrounded by employees smoking. Wen I drop Love the lifetime oil changes. Wen I dropped my car off in the "early bird" slot at 630 am, there was an employee smoking outside and I had to walk through a cloud of smoke. That same day, when I had to pick up my car, three salesmen were all right outside smoking. I don't think I should have to breath in second hand smoke when I am entering or leaving a business. Smoking is horrible and should be moved away from customers.. I also had a missing rubber piece from under my hood (this is the piece that holds the hood up and in correct alignment when shut). I will be going back this week to see how they handle this problem. I called Andy on the Saturday following my appointment. I hope to get the piece replaced. More

I came to lithia with a tire warranty issue.maya and crew immediatly brought the car in for inspection.i had not had any luck down the street at tires plus as the warranty company needed to send an adjuster immediatly brought the car in for inspection.i had not had any luck down the street at tires plus as the warranty company needed to send an adjuster next day.i had to drive 150 miles back home that night for work.so now maya is on the phone with the warranty company for quite some time.he got them to override the adjustment and sourced out the tire.this team is very professional and had me back on the road feeling good.i will use lithia for all my vw service needs. thanks much.
