Super nice service staff I have never been to a VW dealership but after buying a 2014 Jetta it was time to get the oil changed. I do think you need to put a better air conditioner in the service department for the employees it was very warm standing next to her desk. More

Price shock on scheduled maintenance. I called about my scheduled 30,000 mile maintenance nothing was said about cost and it wasn't covered in the warranty for my 2015.
