Follow up-So i just got the bill for one of the used cars we bought from Lithia Volkswagon of Reno. It was for a new power steering pump that had to be replaced due to negligence by Lithia. The Dealership where I had it repaired states that the power steering pump had been replaced by Lithia VW of Reno, but no power steering fluid was ever replaced, which caused the pump to burn up. When I bought the car it was still under manufacturer warranty, now four months later I am out of warranty. But since the repairs where done by Lithia VW of Reno while it was still covered by the warranty, and I bought the vehicle with the sub standard repairs while it was under warranty, i feel that Lithia Volkswagon of Reno should cover any and all costs associated with those repairs. I am out of pocket because they do shoddy work and that cannot be tolerated or allowed to continue.
