Had to get an oil change. It's always "iffy" going in here for service. I've had a few experiences with the shop that makes me not trust their integrity. The only reason I continue to come back is because I bought the lifetime oil service when I bought the car. This visit was an improvement. Brian was very nice and professional. I was amazed I went to look at VW's 4 different times, and I spoke with either Steve L. or Jason B each time. They are two of the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales people I have ever meet. They did not walk away and answered EVERY question I had. They were respectful and very patient. When I was ready to buy, I went in on a Sunday and to my dismay I stayed well past the closing time, the entire staff was friendly and did not bring this to my attention until I asked. There was no pressure to make the sale and get me out and everything was explained thoroughly; again they were patient., I was surprised. We closed on the deal, and I had my new car.
