Super nice service staff I have never been to a VW dealership but after buying a 2014 Jetta it was time to get the oil changed. Julie was was very nice and told me it would take about an hour, I explained that I was running late and she said she would put a rush on the service, she came through and I was in and out is 30 minutes. I do think you need to put a better air conditioner in the service department for the employees it was very warm standing next to her desk. More

Service Department Done Right! I came in for my first service: a tire rotation at 5k miles. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED ! This blew my mind, every other dealership/service center needs an appointment. So they rotated and checked my tires, AND did a full-car inspection, AND threw in a complementary car wash. He has gone above and beyond to get us what we wanted. This time we traded in our Honda Fit for a 2016 VW Passat. While trying to decide what kind of car we should get Steve took the time to explain all the differences between the cars. When we decided on the Passat he and the finance department did everything they could to get it into a price range we could afford. We were also impressed with the manager (sorry don't remember his name) he came out and fixed a couple little things on the car because it had just come in the day before. We LOVE our new car and would definitely recommend Steve and the team at Lithia Volkswagen of Reno! More

Price shock on scheduled maintenance. I called about my scheduled 30,000 mile maintenance nothing was said about cost and it wasn't covered in the warranty for my 2015.
