He has gone above and beyond to get us what we wanted. This time we traded in our Honda Fit for a 2016 VW Passat. While trying to decide what kind of car we should get Steve took the time to explain all the differences between the cars. When we decided on the Passat he and the finance department did everything they could to get it into a price range we could afford. We were also impressed with the manager (sorry don't remember his name) he came out and fixed a couple little things on the car because it had just come in the day before. We LOVE our new car and would definitely recommend Steve and the team at Lithia Volkswagen of Reno! More

Price shock on scheduled maintenance. I called about my scheduled 30,000 mile maintenance nothing was said about cost and it wasn't covered in the warranty for my 2015. When I was checking in and saw the cost and then found out that 10,00 miles later I would have to spend about the same and a lot of the item were the same. My question is why so close together and cost. More
