The fellow who put together all the paperwork for me and stepped me through it was also very professional. Then when I found I discovered a blown fuse in the new-to-me car two days later, another fellow named John stepped in on the spot to change the fuse and send me on my way. Great experience!. More

Super nice service staff I have never been to a VW dealership but after buying a 2014 Jetta it was time to get the oil changed. Julie was was very nice and told me it would take about an hour, I explained that I was running late and she said she would put a rush on the service, she came through and I was in and out is 30 minutes. I do think you need to put a better air conditioner in the service department for the employees it was very warm standing next to her desk. More
