Great People To Work With Stopped in to see if they had a part or would need to order it. They had the part in stock and tried there best to install it at that time. Battery swap We bought our 2015 Passat on 24Oct17, the temps in Northern Nevada dropped to the single digits. I started to have battery problems, I called Carlos We bought our 2015 Passat on 24Oct17, the temps in Northern Nevada dropped to the single digits. I started to have battery problems, I called Carlos (service advisor) about the problem he told me no problem to bring it in to install a new battery, then I spoke with Adelina she set me up with an early appointment and answered all my questions. My passat was done when promised plus they topped off all fluids, did a multi-point inspection and washed it. I'm very impressed with the service team at Lithia. Any dealership car sell a car but when it comes to standing behind their product that is what really matters.Lithia VW is tops for service after the sale! Thanks More
