Battery swap We bought our 2015 Passat on 24Oct17, the temps in Northern Nevada dropped to the single digits. I started to have battery problems, I called Carlos We bought our 2015 Passat on 24Oct17, the temps in Northern Nevada dropped to the single digits. I started to have battery problems, I called Carlos (service advisor) about the problem he told me no problem to bring it in to install a new battery, then I spoke with Adelina she set me up with an early appointment and answered all my questions. My passat was done when promised plus they topped off all fluids, did a multi-point inspection and washed it. I'm very impressed with the service team at Lithia.
