Guy provided us a great purchase experience! Our recent TOUAREG purchase experience at Lithia was not supposed to happen. We had been looking at SUV/CSUV's at Infiniti of Reno, and at Reno Nissan Our recent TOUAREG purchase experience at Lithia was not supposed to happen. We had been looking at SUV/CSUV's at Infiniti of Reno, and at Reno Nissan. While heading south on 395 to Infiniti, we saw VW ahead and decided to stop to see the new ATLAS. We were not wildly impressed by the ATLAS, but as we were leaving we saw Lithia's last TOUAREG, a loaded Wolfsburg Edition on the floor. We asked Guy, who had been showing us the ATLAS, what was the info on the TOUAREG. He advised it was their last vehicle of that type, and indicated he could get us some very good pricing if we were interested. We drove the car, loved it, and that was the end of story. Ruben was definitely the fastest finance guy I have ever worked with. Everybody was great, and we love the car! More
