Pleasant Experience Amy at front desk in Service Dept was pleasant and helpful. Answered my questions. Liked how I was able to get in and out of there in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and their pros and cons. He did a great job explaining questions I had about the vehicles' performance, maintenance, and warranty. It was refreshing to interact with a salesman who knew something about the cars he was charged with selling. Too many salespeople out there are clueless about the vehicles they are selling. My 3 star rating is based on past experience with the service department, which was horrible. More

But when it was time to get our keys for the car they only had one key. We have purchased vehicles from 3 or 4 different dealerships and we have always received two sets of keys. When we asked if they would get us another set we were told no. The car we traded in had two sets of keys so we would expect to get two sets with our vehicle we purchased. We were told that a manager would call us and still no call. More

10000 oil change I purchased the lifetime oil changes with my new V6 SEL Premium w/ 4MOTION Atlas as I did with my past purchases. I have been a client of VW service s I purchased the lifetime oil changes with my new V6 SEL Premium w/ 4MOTION Atlas as I did with my past purchases. I have been a client of VW service since 2005 this is my third purchase at this dealership. I have never had to pay for a tire rotation until this last visit. It was only $10 but still I had a coupon at home or free rotation, wash and multi-point inspection. I left at home because I had never had to bring in a coupon before. It just was unexpected because I had never had to pay anything in the past for oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections and car washes. I know management and service has changed a bit, but please take note. The staff and everyone are always friendly and did their job, so it no ones fault. The service at VW keeps me coming back so keep up the high standards that were built in the past. I love my new Atlas. More
