He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and their pros and cons. He did a great job explaining questions I had about the vehicles' performance, maintenance, and warranty. It was refreshing to interact with a salesman who knew something about the cars he was charged with selling. Too many salespeople out there are clueless about the vehicles they are selling. My 3 star rating is based on past experience with the service department, which was horrible. More

When we asked if they would get us another set we were told no. The car we traded in had two sets of keys so we would expect to get two sets with our vehicle we purchased. 10000 oil change I purchased the lifetime oil changes with my new V6 SEL Premium w/ 4MOTION Atlas as I did with my past purchases. I have been a client of VW service s I purchased the lifetime oil changes with my new V6 SEL Premium w/ 4MOTION Atlas as I did with my past purchases. I have been a client of VW service since 2005 this is my third purchase at this dealership. I have never had to pay for a tire rotation until this last visit. It was only $10 but still I had a coupon at home or free rotation, wash and multi-point inspection. I left at home because I had never had to bring in a coupon before. It just was unexpected because I had never had to pay anything in the past for oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections and car washes. I know management and service has changed a bit, but please take note. The staff and everyone are always friendly and did their job, so it no ones fault. The service at VW keeps me coming back so keep up the high standards that were built in the past. I love my new Atlas. More

Guy provided us a great purchase experience! Our recent TOUAREG purchase experience at Lithia was not supposed to happen. We had been looking at SUV/CSUV's at Infiniti of Reno, and at Reno Nissan Our recent TOUAREG purchase experience at Lithia was not supposed to happen. We had been looking at SUV/CSUV's at Infiniti of Reno, and at Reno Nissan. While heading south on 395 to Infiniti, we saw VW ahead and decided to stop to see the new ATLAS. We were not wildly impressed by the ATLAS, but as we were leaving we saw Lithia's last TOUAREG, a loaded Wolfsburg Edition on the floor. We asked Guy, who had been showing us the ATLAS, what was the info on the TOUAREG. He advised it was their last vehicle of that type, and indicated he could get us some very good pricing if we were interested. We drove the car, loved it, and that was the end of story. Ruben was definitely the fastest finance guy I have ever worked with. Everybody was great, and we love the car! More
