My Lithia Volkswagen Experience I drove from my San Jose, CA to my Reno apartment in a blinding snowstorm Thursday Feb.14 midnight in my 2017 Subaru Legacy which I had bought in 2018 I drove from my San Jose, CA to my Reno apartment in a blinding snowstorm Thursday Feb.14 midnight in my 2017 Subaru Legacy which I had bought in 2018 Nov at Lithia VW Reno. The car handled very well on the snow. I had to rush back to San Jose on Sunday due to a family emergency. I took my car to Lithia VW for an oil change on Saturday 2 pm because I wanted to leave the next day for San Jose as a precaution for a check up. I had bought a lifetime service contract with Lithia VW. Ms Amy Briggs, the Service Manager listened to me carefully, understood that my car needed to be serviced to be completely safe to drive in the snowy conditions. Even though I had driven less than 2000 miles, since I had kept it for 3 months, she told that I was eligible for an oil change and the Lithia VW service would honor it. They did the oil change, checked, inspected tires and inflated to the correct pressure while I waited in the lounge with a complementary coffee and fast internet connection for my laptop. I was spotted and greeted warmly and affectionately by the entire sales team at Lithia VW, Nabil Shamon, the Sales Manager, Eric Eiler the Finance Manager and dJason Bull, the elite sales professional who sold the car to me and followed up. Jason downloaded the YouTube video showing how to configure the Navigator using the Subaru Mirror Link App. That is way beyond the call of duty for which I am grateful. I really appreciate the excellent service provided by Amy and her qualified and friendly Technicians. More
