Oil leaks in my new Golf Sportwagen Was not expecting my car to develop engine oil leaks with only 6,000 miles. I brought it in to the service department at Lithia and Ray took ownership Was not expecting my car to develop engine oil leaks with only 6,000 miles. I brought it in to the service department at Lithia and Ray took ownership of the problems and once the leaks were diagnosed he told me what needed to be done and put me in a loaner car to drive while the car was in the shop. This was on a Friday morning and parts were needed to be ordered. I was expecting this to take several days and was surprised to get a call on Monday saying my car was ready for me to pickup. I’m not pleased that a car so new would develop problems this soon and can only hope this was a one time issue and not something that is going to cause a recurring nightmare throughout my time of ownership. The bright side of this was the great service I received from Ray and the fact that if more issues happen I feel comfortable dealing with the service department and Ray in particular. More

Pleasant and friendly! Previous customer, prior purchase was a 2016 Tiguan. I had nothing but trouble with the air conditioning and after 8 visits to the service department Previous customer, prior purchase was a 2016 Tiguan. I had nothing but trouble with the air conditioning and after 8 visits to the service department it still did not work properly. I hated very much having to spend more money on a newer vehicle but I am in sales and rely on having air conditioning. The new vehicle is great. More

Tire trouble Got a flat and in between my spare getting put on and patching my tire, I lost the lugnut key. Not a good job. I have taken my car in three times for overheating, Volkswagen did a cooling system flush, and it worked for a while. On my last visit, I was give I have taken my car in three times for overheating, Volkswagen did a cooling system flush, and it worked for a while. On my last visit, I was given a $3,000 quote for fixing the car. Volkswagen quote was for a new water pump, timing belt, some electrical box that had melted and now the cooling fans weren’t working. I took the car to a friend’s house, he looked at it and told me that there was an air bubble in the cooling system and the wires to the fans need to be changed. I paid Volkswagen to look at my car and give me an honest quote for fixing my car. Volkswagen master mechanics have forgotten what basic troubleshooting is. I can’t believe I had to pay over $125 for that. On the customer review it asked if I would like to be called, I replied yes, still waiting for the call. More
