Excellent care and attitudes My visits to Reno VW have been exactly perfect since my horrible delivery day experience which came with the check engine light on just 24 hrs. after My visits to Reno VW have been exactly perfect since my horrible delivery day experience which came with the check engine light on just 24 hrs. after picking up my new car. I felt there was only the individual who was dishonest about loaner vehicles and how they are offered since I have quite a winter commute. I have had nothing but top notch service from Reno Lithia VW after that and can say now it was clearly the individual and not the dealerships employee attitude as a whole. Thank you More
