They provided the worst service I have ever experienced. It stated when my engine blew. It was covered under warranty so I took it to the dealership to get it serviced. Two months later and many rude phone It stated when my engine blew. It was covered under warranty so I took it to the dealership to get it serviced. Two months later and many rude phone calls later as I was asking for updates my car was fixed, I got my car back, only for the wiring harness to fall off. Fast forward about 11 months later I take my car for it’s scheduled oil change and a lube tech noticed that my rear main seal is was leaking. So I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. They charge 2000 dollars for the repair. I get my car back and the check engine light is on so I return it to them. Later that day they say they fixed it. I drove my car 6 miles from the dealership before my engine died. I take it back to the mechanics. They inform me that my engine had blown. Then to top it off they threaten me with storage fees so I had to pay to tow my car off they lot 4 days after I paid the 2 grand to fix my car. The warranty for there work expired while they were fixing it so now I’m screwed. Thanks Volkswagen for sucking at fixing your own cars. I wouldn’t trust the mechanics here to change oil on any of my cars, let alone a major repair. I thought almost 200 dollars an hour would get you better mechanical work done. More

I came into the dealership after planning to buy a car from another place but they had no idea what they were doing and were giving me a hard time about my POA for my husband. I called the VW dealership a from another place but they had no idea what they were doing and were giving me a hard time about my POA for my husband. I called the VW dealership and Bryttani was super helpful! She made me an appointment for when I was available to come in and when I came to my appointment she was able to show me all of the cars in my price range and when I wanted to buy a used car she showed me whatever I was interested in. There ended up being a car I LOVED that was brand new we passed by and they helped me get a lower APR for my monthly payments and worked with me on financing that was best for my budget. They even showed me other versions of the car with different features in case I was interested in one of those instead. Ruben and Nabil helped me with my paperwork and they were able to help me get a MUCH lower APR then I was expecting. They filled up my gas tank, cleaned my car, and made signing my paperwork so easy before I took it home. Everyone was super super nice and helped me with any questions I had. If there was anything I was confused about they sat down with me and took their time to explain, and when there was time to kill while we were waiting on the paperwork they were all really nice and we talked in the meantime. Bryttani showed me all of my new cars features, and they made my experience so much better than what I’ve received at any other dealership I’ve visited. I have a weird situation involving my husband being deployed and they were so understanding and really went out of their way to help me as best as they could. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re interested in looking for either a new or used car :) More

I had a great experience Preston was awesome he was very friendly and helpful. This was my first car I’ve ever bought and after everything was all said and done he even put a bow on it so we could get some friendly and helpful.
