Our last experience repair on 2011 Jetta and 2014 Psadt The waiting area is not good, the room is small and when we were waiting for one of our vehicles repair we had to stand in a small hall way. This experience as very good, in the past when we 1st called about the VW good will package we were given incorrect information from the Service Dept - I do not know which employee it was. Worst and most expensive service I've experienced I bought a used VW Golf from this dealership in August and I've had nothing but problems with it and I have had to put in over $2000 worth of necessar I bought a used VW Golf from this dealership in August and I've had nothing but problems with it and I have had to put in over $2000 worth of necessary repairs. Every time something goes wrong, even though it is obvious...there is a $140/hr diagnosis charge which has never taken less than 2 hours. The shuttle hours are much less than the average 8 hour work day and my car has never been done in less than 3 days. During my last oil change they came up with over $1500 worth of needed repairs and marked them as URGENT. A second opinion said these were unnecessary for at least another 30,000 miles. More

Service Center dishonest Was told car needed $900 worth of repairs. Took it to another establishment - just dust on the brakes. Another lie. I could never get anyone to call me back. When I did talk to manager very rude and dismissive! Do not get car serviced here. Bad reputation for ripping people off! More
