Poor service and response I took my car in for an oil change and airbag recall. Shortly after the oil change my passat started stalling. I went immediately back to the dealer a I took my car in for an oil change and airbag recall. Shortly after the oil change my passat started stalling. I went immediately back to the dealer and they relooked at it, but claimed nothing was wrong. The problem continued so I went back again. I have now been without my car for over a week and a half. A week ago I called and they claimed "the parts just came in and that it would definitely be done tomorrow" and they also stated that they would call right away when it is done. I have still never received a call and have no idea what is wrong with my car. I appreciate that you have loaned me a rental car, but I would really appreciate knowing what you are doing and why it is taking so long. I wasn't expecting this oil change to take three weeks. I bought my car here and have gone back to you for everything so this is especially frustrating. More

Lack of Customer Service My first experience was to drop off my Touareg for an regular maintenance. I was told it would take 2 hours. 3.5 hours after getting there I still was My first experience was to drop off my Touareg for an regular maintenance. I was told it would take 2 hours. 3.5 hours after getting there I still was waiting with no one giving me updates at all as to why it was taking so long. My second experience was again with the Touareg to have a valve gasket/intake manifold replacement. I had to call in 6 different times and leave 3 messages as to why I was trying to book an appointment. FINALLY I was able to speak with someone and I was told they didn't have anything available for 2 weeks and that it would be a 4-5 hour repair. I arrived for my appointment 1 hour early to drop off my car and didn't hear anything for over 7.5 hours. I finally got a call and the service rep stuttered and stumbled their way through informing me that they lost my service sheet and didn't start work at all. Then I was informed the part they ordered was warped and they couldn't perform the repair. Then he proceeded to delightfully inform me that while they weren't able to do the first repair there were some "things" that were noticed on this one that apparently they hadn't seen on the prior inspection only one month prior. I received an apathetic apology and when I questioned further I was confronted with stark reply. I was offered no discount or help in rebooking an appointment. When I arrived to pick up my car no one came to apologize or even said a word to me when the vehicle was pulled into the service area. Needless to say, very incompetent service and unappreciative of their customers. More

TDI Emission Service My 2014 VW Jetta TDI was the first vehicle to receive the TDI emission service at Lithia. I was kept informed about having to replace an oxygen sensor My 2014 VW Jetta TDI was the first vehicle to receive the TDI emission service at Lithia. I was kept informed about having to replace an oxygen sensor which failed during the emission service. I was then notified the next day when my Jetta was ready to pick up. I was given a shuttle ride home, but was already in the area the next day so I picked up my Jetta at that time. More
