Recall Work Took my Passat in for recall work with an appointment I scheduled ahead of time. After 6 hours I called for a status as I had heard nothing, I had to Took my Passat in for recall work with an appointment I scheduled ahead of time. After 6 hours I called for a status as I had heard nothing, I had to leave a message but received no return call. Called the next day, left a message and no return call. I called the next day and after several minutes and a lot of hold time and back and forth was told no one knew what was going on with my car. They called me back 10 minutes later to tell me the car was being worked on, but didn't know that status. Finally, received word that it would be ready by 4:00 that day. Unfortunately, this was for a half-day repair of a recall and it took 3 days to fix with no communication from the service dept. until I called repeatedly! I'm done with Lithia and Volkswagen... More

Diesel fix I was in for the phase 2 diesel fix on my 2015 Passat TDI SEL. They provided a loaner vehicle and while there, the tech discovered an oil leak coming I was in for the phase 2 diesel fix on my 2015 Passat TDI SEL. They provided a loaner vehicle and while there, the tech discovered an oil leak coming from the pan. They replaced the pan, filled it with new oil and did not charge me a cent! Thank you Lithia VW.
