Went in for a complimentary oil change and a flat tire that needed looked at for possible repair. They were unbelievably quick, oil changed, cabin filter and fixed the flat tire in 23 minutes! 2017 Passat with dead battery? towed to Lithia on New Years Day. Sent Email and left contact info. Was about due for service and thought it would be days as we had a limited rela towed to Lithia on New Years Day. Sent Email and left contact info. Was about due for service and thought it would be days as we had a limited relationship with Lithia and had purchased new and serviced with a different VW dealership. Jacob’ called me the next morning and was all over it. Great communication and had the vehicle ready by the end of the day. I was afraid of sticker shock when it comes to VW maintenance; but could not complain. It was a great experience considering the lack of previous experience with Lithia of Des Moines, previous experiences with our local VW service, dropped it off uninvited on New Years Day….
